We are seeking an experienced Senior Mobility Endpoint Support Engineer to serve as a key member of the Endpoint Engineering and Operations team, providing advanced Tier 2/3 support for enterprise mobility solutions. This role is responsible for managing and supporting a complex mobile device ecosystem, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient operation of endpoint technologies across the organization.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf, and Apple Business Manager, along with strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities. This individual will work closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to resolve complex issues, support enterprise applications, and contribute to ongoing mobility initiatives in a highly regulated environment.

Position Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for enterprise mobile devices, including iOS and iPadOS platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex mobile device management (MDM/MAM) and endpoint-related issues.
  • Configure, administer, and maintain Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solutions, including Microsoft Intune, Jamf, and Apple Business Manager.
  • Support and enable business applications, including the Microsoft 365 suite, across mobile and endpoint environments.
  • Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and VPN-related issues impacting mobile devices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and business stakeholders to address technical challenges and implement solutions.
  • Participate in mobile technology projects, system upgrades, and platform enhancements.
  • Develop, maintain, and update technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base articles.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring technical issues.
  • Leverage monitoring and operational tools (e.g., Splunk, GitLab) to support endpoint health and performance.
  • Support security and compliance requirements, including certificate management and PKI integrations.

Position Requirements

  • Experience:
    • 7 years of overall IT experience.
    • 5 years of desktop/end-user support utilizing service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow or similar).
    • 3 years of experience deploying, configuring, and supporting iOS/iPadOS devices in enterprise environments.
    • 3 years of hands-on experience administering MDM/MAM solutions (e.g., Microsoft Intune, Jamf).
    • 5 years supporting enterprise business applications, including Microsoft 365 products.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong expertise in Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) platforms (Intune, Jamf, Apple Business Manager).
    • Advanced troubleshooting skills in networking and VPN connectivity.
    • Proficiency in at least one scripting language (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, or Swift).
    • Solid understanding of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and certificate-based authentication.
    • Experience integrating SDKs into mobile applications (preferred exposure).
    • Working knowledge of Linux systems, including headless server management and terminal navigation.
    • Experience with DevSecOps and IT operations tools such as Splunk and GitLab.
