Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders through production: schedule jobs, track progress, and communicate status.
- Support Sales team with quotes and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth hand-off to Production.
- Coordinate with external vendors for outsourcing and materials; generate RFQs and POs.
- Maintain organized documentation – from CNC programs to shipping paperwork.
- Own proactive follow-up and issue-resolution to meet urgent timelines in a busy office.
Qualifications:
- Strong sense of ownership and multitasking ability in a fast-paced, group office setting.
- Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Prior experience in manufacturing office, sales support, or project coordination is a plus.
- Tech-savvy: comfortable learning ERP systems and standard office software.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn; coachable and adaptable to change.
