Advance Care Pharmacy is looking for a Pharmacy Technician / Compounding Technician to join our team in the Somerset, KY area.
The Pharmacy Technician will process and fill prescriptions. This includes but is not limited to:
Carrying and processing prescriptions over, scanning, and labeling prescriptions
- Filling prescriptions with the correct amount of medication per prescription
- Filling multiple prescriptions at a time
- Compounding preparations based on individual patient needs
- Filling medication compliance packaging systems
- Providing immunizations to patients
- Administering Point of Care testing including Covid-19, Influenza, and Strep testing
Experience:
The ideal candidate possesses a positive attitude and strong work ethic, with attention to detail.
Pharmacy technician CERTIFICATION is preferred but not required.

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

- High school or equivalent (Required)

- Pharmacy technician experience: 1 year (Preferred)
