Remote Procurement Assistant

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Remote Procurement Assistant to manage company purchasing activities and support daily business operations.

• Purchase company gadgets, computers, office supplies, and other business equipment.
• Process purchase orders and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
• Review, track, and organize invoices, receipts, and expenses.
• Arrange meeting tickets, conference registrations, and business-related bookings.
• Track deliveries, company equipment, and procurement records.
• Monitor purchasing budgets and ensure purchases receive proper approval.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with internal departments.

• Must reside in the United States.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with email and spreadsheets.
• Previous purchasing, procurement, or administrative experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Annual salary: $60,000–$65,000 for full-time employment.
