What You'll DoAs a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the face of Advance Auto Parts, delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and assisting them with their automotive needs.
- Providing expert advice on parts, products, and services.
- Ensuring shelves are stocked and the store is clean and organized.
- Processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Building lasting relationships with customers by going above and beyond to meet their expectations.
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for helping others and solving problems.
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts is a plus, but not required.
- A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn.
