Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Blue Yonder Demand Planning to lead and deliver high-impact supply chain planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end project lifecycles, particularly in demand planning implementations, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage implementation and enhancement projects for Blue Yonder Demand Planning solutions
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, IT, and external vendors
- Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery within timelines and budget
- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle
- Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and system capabilities
- Track and report project progress, KPIs, and deliverables to leadership
- Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation and governance
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in supply chain or planning domains
- Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder Demand Planning (JDA) implementations or support
- Strong understanding of demand forecasting, supply chain planning, and S&OP processes
- Excellent project management skills using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Experience with project management tools like Jira, MS Project, or similar
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Hi-Tech or Semiconductor industry
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and integrations with planning tools
- PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is a plus
- Ability to work in an onsite collaborative environment
