What are the responsibilities and job description for the 1099 Contractor position at ADV Properties LLC?
Job Summary
We’re looking for a reliable 1099 contractor to complete repairs for both the interior and exterior of the properties we service. Primarily the work will be on single family rental homes. The right person for us will be familiar with the industry and be able to provide work to match the quality of the individual homes. Understanding that there are times when we do multiple small jobs a day and not just one job and go home.

Duties Include
General maintenance & light repairs
Painting, patching, and caulking
Light carpentry (installing cabinets, deck work, and more)
Minor appliance or equipment repairs
Assisting with plumbing, HVAC, or electrical when needed
Handling emergency tasks (sewer backups, cleanups, etc.)
Reporting larger repair needs
Must have your own tools (ladder, drill, etc.)
What You Need
Skilled with tools and basic systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) General Liability Insurance
Organized, reliable, and able to work independently. You will make your own schedule and set own appointments.
Strong attention to detail
Smartphone required to use apps and communicate

Pay: $45.00 - $75.00 per hour
