We’re seeking a responsible single FEMALE with caregiving experience to provide overnight sleep presence in a newly built 4-bedroom, 2-bath ADU home in Moorpark, CA, located on a large, gated lot in a quiet, safe neighborhood with private rear parking.
You’ll have a private, IKEA-furnished bedroom with a new mattress. The home supports three adult women (ages 27–31) with developmental challenges who are independent in self-care but benefit from gentle reminders and a consistent overnight presence. Utilities, internet/Netflix, on-site laundry, private parking inlcuded.
Duties
- This is a sleep-position—you are not expected to be awake unless there is an emergency.
- Your primary responsibility is to be present overnight, ensure the ladies are ready on time, medications are given, and they are safely off to their day programs by 9:00AM.
- Light interaction of any reminders is needed during morning routine
- To report in a journal of your night presence, if needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of paid caregiving experience (DSP or equivalent preferred)
- Must have own vehicle
- Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan) and TB clearance
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Non-smoker / non-vaper
- No pets, no children, no boyfriends
- Offered to one person only
Schedule & Compensation Options
- 5 nights/week: $1,000/month room and board
- 7 nights/week: $1,200/month room and board
Pay: $1,200.00 per month
