Position Summary:

Supervisor to oversee multiple residential homes, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and
compassionate care. In this pivotal role, you will manage supervisory staff, maintain regulatory
compliance with state and funding agencies, and help shape care that is truly person-centered.

What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in healthcare (preferably in long-term care
or Medicaid-funded programs)
Solid knowledge of Michigan Medicaid policies and licensing regulations
Proven ability to lead and develop teams, especially supervisory staff
A collaborative and solutions-focused mindset
BA or BS in management, social work, psychology, healthcare management preferred

Schedule: Monday-Friday (some weekends), on-call
Job duties and responsibilities
- Oversee financial management of each program to adhere to budgetary guidelines and fiscal compliance.
- Monitors the physical plant through a preventive maintenance checklist; remediates concerns identified during quarterly safety checks.
- Reviews and ensures program documentation meets internal and external agency compliance and national accreditation requirements.
- Oversee program location through supervision, HR compliance, and develop personnel through written plans, feedback, and support in a crisis/problem solving.
- Approves and monitors program master schedules and payroll actions.
- Markets/Develops/Promotes ALS-LM with outside agencies and the community; represents ALS-LM as a leader in the field; presents ALS-LM at a community function once per month. Promotes EEO and cultural diversity as evidenced by staff demographics and hiring guides.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrates or learns thorough knowledge of ALS-LM policies and procedures, philosophy and state and federal regulations.
- BA or BS degree related to the field of Human Service or three years experience in the field plus appropriate certification of eligibility.
- Five years supervisory experience.
- Vehicle/Valid Driver’s License
- Experience in Administration/Management preferred
- Available to be on-call
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
