We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and committed Site Director to lead our offsite before and/or afterschool program in the 2026-2027 school year, as well as our 2027 summer camp program. This position is located at an elementary school in Merrimack, NH. Before school hours are 6:30am-8:30am. After school hours are 2:45pm to 6:00pm.
This is a leadership role that combines hands-on involvement with administrative oversight. Key Responsibilities
· Supervise and support staff ensuring high-quality programming and adherence to safety protocols.
· Coordinate and implement daily activities that support academic, social and physical development
· Serve as the main point of contact for parents, school personnel, and organization leadership
· Maintain accurate records, including attendance, incident reports, and staff schedules
· Ensure compliance with all licensing, health, and safety regulations
· Manage site budget and inventory of supplies and snacks
· Participate in required trainings
· Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all students and staff
Job Qualifications
· At least 21 years of age
· Para II-educator certification or college credits in education, recreation, childcare or related field
· Experience working with children
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
