Join our dedicated team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. In this vital role, you will provide compassionate, person-centered support that promotes independence, safety, and overall well-being.
This position follows a consistent weekly schedule with a combination of overnight shifts. The shifts are as follows:
Tuesday: 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Friday: 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. (Saturday morning)
Saturday: 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. (Sunday morning)
Duties
- Provide awake overnight supervision to ensure the safety and well-being of the individual supported.
- Assist individuals with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support when needed.
- Monitor the individual’s health and well-being by observing any changes in condition and reporting concerns according to agency policy while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality standards.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation related to overnight support and any notable events.
- Follow all safety procedures and individualized support plans.
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
