What are the responsibilities and job description for the Adult Medical Day Care Administrator position at Adult Care Center?
The Administrator oversees all aspects of our Adult Medical Day Care Center, a Medicaid approved program, licensed by the NJ Department of Health and Senior Services, as well as other related centers. Candidate will be forward-thinking and growth-oriented. The Administrator serves as ambassador to the participants, and other stakeholders. He/she is responsible for the day-to-day administration of program and financial operations; planning, development, implementation, evaluation and improvement of program services; management of staff; and the delivery of high-quality services. The Administrator is responsible for ensuring operation is consistent with the New Jersey Adult Day Care regulations.
Candidate should be experienced with community outreach and recruiting new clients, as well as maintaining a relationship with our current clients. Excellent interpersonal skills a must. Experience in healthcare required.
