Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with routine preventive maintenance on equipment such as SMT machines, reflow ovens, wave solder systems, conformal coat systems, AOI/AXI equipment, and material‑handling automation.
- Assist senior technicians in basic troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues.
- Execute equipment cleaning, lubrication, and basic adjustments.
- Accurately document maintenance activities in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Escalate issues beyond skill level and learn standard diagnostic procedures.
- Follow all safety, ESD control, and quality compliance requirements.
- Participate in training paths—including machines specific certifications—toward Level 2 readiness.
- Demonstrated reliability and strong work habits
- Completes required training and machine certifications
- Shows the ability to diagnose simple issues independently
- Consistently accurate documentation and adherence to processes
