The Customer Care Representative plays a vital role within a large customer service department, supporting a cross-functional team that manages a high volume of customer interactions daily. This position focuses on delivering exceptional customer support through effective communication, timely issue resolution, and comprehensive product knowledge, while utilizing tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and standard email and phone systems. No travel is required for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective customer support across multiple channels
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data entries
  • Process customer orders and handle related inquiries
  • Collect and document customer feedback for continuous improvement
  • Leverage product knowledge to assist customers accurately
  • Utilize CRM systems like Salesforce or Zendesk for managing interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 years of experience in customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Attention to detail in data entry and customer interactions

Salary : $45,000 - $65,000
