We’re a team of 20 creative professionals who challenge ourselves to keep getting better, listen to each other, and have each other’s backs. And yes, we really do like each other.

What you will do
  • Support Account Leads to move client work from kickoff through delivery, with ownership appropriate to your experience.
  • Keep priorities, timelines, project details and next steps clear for internal teams.
  • Make sure internal teams have the background, direction, assets and deadlines they need to do the work well.
  • Track projects against established timelines, following up with internal teams to keep work on schedule.
  • Proofread and quality-check deliverables for accuracy, consistency, brand standards and applicable compliance requirements.
  • Provide responsive, thoughtful client service, making sure clients feel informed, supported and confident that their needs are being addressed.
  • Coordinate project approvals with clients, keeping Account Leads informed of progress and next steps.
  • Support Account Leads with meeting preparation, client communication and follow-up.

For more senior candidates, responsibilities may include:
  • Write project briefs that translate client goals and business challenges into clear marketing direction for internal teams.
  • Own day-to-day relationships for assigned clients or areas of business, with account leadership support as needed.
  • Develop strategic recommendations.
  • Manage complex projects, anticipating needs, identifying potential issues and determining how to address them.
  • Depending on experience, directly lead accounts.

What we are looking for
  • For entry-level positions: 1 years of experience in marketing; agency experience is a plus.
  • For more senior positions: 5 years of experience in marketing; agency experience is a plus.

  • Clear, confident communication with both internal teams and clients.
  • Curiosity about clients, their businesses and their customers, with the ability to think beyond the immediate request.
  • Strong critical thinking and judgment. You ask good questions, recognize when something does not make sense and know when to dig deeper.
  • A solutions-first mindset. When you identify a problem, you also think about what we should do about it.
  • A strong sense of ownership and follow-through. You take responsibility for your work and make sure things get done.
  • Openness to feedback and the ability to apply what you learn.
  • A solid understanding of marketing fundamentals and how different channels work together.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and comfort learning project management and other marketing technology platforms.
  • Experience managing website projects, including coordinating with clients, internal teams and development partners, is a plus.
