As an Operations Specialist, you’ll be the backbone of our San Francisco HQ — ensuring our people, culture, and space run at the speed of AdsGency.
You’ll work directly with the founders and core team on hiring coordination, office management, and events operations, playing a key role in building an environment where top talent thrives.
You’ll keep our day-to-day running smoothly while helping us scale the company’s operational infrastructure as we grow from a startup to a global AI powerhouse.
• 🧑‍💼 Talent Operations: Coordinate recruiting pipelines, schedule interviews, maintain candidate databases, and communicate with candidates and agencies.
• 🏙 Office Management: Own the day-to-day of our San Francisco office — from vendor coordination and office supplies to space design and maintenance.
• 🎉 Event Operations: Plan and execute company events — team offsites, investor meetups, hackathons, and community gatherings.
• 📅 Administrative Support: Manage company calendars, travel logistics, reimbursements, and onboarding processes.
• 💬 Internal Culture: Help design rituals, perks, and touchpoints that reinforce AdsGency’s hacker culture and team morale.
• 🚀 Growth Ops: Support cross-functional operations projects — from HR documentation to process automation and event logistics.
✅ 2–5 years of experience in operations, people, or administrative roles (startup experience preferred)

âś… Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple moving parts without dropping details
âś… A passion for startup culture and helping teams move fast with precision
âś… Comfortable working closely with leadership and handling sensitive information

✨ Experience managing recruiting pipelines (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
