Youβll be among the first go-to-market hires at AdsGency AI β driving revenue growth and shaping our entire sales motion from the ground up.
Youβll work directly with the founders to identify, engage, and close high-value customers β from emerging eCommerce brands to established agencies β while helping define playbooks, messaging, and pipeline systems that will scale with the company.

Full Sales Cycle Ownership
- Prospect, qualify, demo, and close β full AE BDR stack
- Build outbound lists, run sequences, and create opportunities from scratch
- Conduct consultative discovery to understand clientsβ ad workflows and automation needs
Pipeline & Process
- Develop and maintain a strong, predictable pipeline through outbound and inbound leads
- Experiment with outbound messaging, sequences, and multi-channel campaigns
- Use data to identify which segments and verticals show strongest traction
Collaboration
- Partner with founders and product engineers to translate customer feedback into roadmap insights
- Shape our early CRM and sales automation stack
- Help define GTM metrics and reporting structures
Evangelism
- Represent AdsGency AI at events, demo days, and webinars
- Educate prospects about AI-native ad operations and multi-agent workflows
β 5 years of experience in SaaS sales, ideally in AI, AdTech, or automation
β Track record of exceeding pipeline and revenue goals in an early-stage or high-velocity environment
β Comfort with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and full-cycle selling
β Experiences with Apollo, Hubspot, Clay and other tools
β Experiences with cold calling, cold mailing and other techniques on outreaching
β Strong communication and presentation skills β you can clearly explain complex tech to non-technical buyers
β Curiosity about AI and automation β you love learning how things work under the hood
β Entrepreneurial mindset β you move fast, iterate, and thrive with autonomy
β¨ Experience selling marketing automation, analytics, or AI SaaS
π Familiarity with ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok)
