As our Customer Success Manager (CSM), youβll own the customer journey end-to-end β from onboarding and training to campaign optimization and retention.
Youβll work directly with founders, engineers, and growth specialists to ensure every client achieves exceptional results with AdsGency OS.
This is not a support role β itβs a strategic partner position where youβll help shape how our AI agents deliver success across channels and industries.
β’ π‘ Onboard & Train Clients: Guide customers through setup, agent configuration, and campaign launch to ensure fast, confident adoption.
β’ π Optimize Campaign Performance: Collaborate with our AI team to analyze ad data, identify insights, and improve outcomes across Google, Meta, and TikTok.
β’ π§© Customer Retention & Growth: Drive renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities by proving ROI and building trusted relationships.
β’ π£ Voice of the Customer: Translate client feedback into actionable insights for the product and engineering teams.
β’ π§ AI Education: Help customers understand and maximize the power of AdsGencyβs multi-agent workflows.
β’ π Process Excellence: Build scalable success playbooks, documentation, and customer health tracking systems.
β 3β5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Growth Operations β ideally at a SaaS or AdTech company
β Strong understanding of performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) and data-driven strategy
β Excellent communication and presentation skills β you can simplify complex AI concepts into clear business value
β Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple enterprise accounts
β Analytical mindset β comfortable with dashboards, metrics, and campaign KPIs
β Passion for AI, automation, and helping customers win through technology
β¨ Experience with ad platforms (Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager)
π Familiarity with marketing analytics or BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Data Studio)
β‘ Experience working with AI or automation platforms
π± Background in early-stage startups where you built CS processes from scratch
