MPD Supervisor

Supervise the daily operations of all Managed Pressure Drilling activity on the well site involved with preplanning, Hazid and Hazop along with post well performance. Troubleshoot, maintain and repair all equipment while on site develop client relationship and expectations on-site and explain MPD technology.  

• Effective communication with field, base, office, and management personnel.
• Lead or participate in department improvement activities, participate in operation improvement initiatives, contribute to the team and tasks, and continuously pursue areas of opportunity and efficiency.
• Meet with customers regularly to ensure field operations are functioning as planned.
• Knowledge of, understanding of, and complying with Quality, Operating, and Technical Policy and Procedures.
• Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies. This includes participating in monthly safety meetings, participating in Behavioral Based Safety program, and driving program.
• Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.

Perform various other duties / activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of job. This includes pre tower checks, post tower checks, attending safety meetings, and troubleshooting of all equipment on location.
