We're currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Tier 1 Technician to join our close-knit team in Bellevue, WA. If you're passionate about problem-solving, dedicated to assisting end-users, and aspire to grow with a small business, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide efficient and responsive technical support to end-users for a wide range of computer hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical problems promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • System Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals to guarantee optimal performance.
  • Network Administration: Manage critical network administration tasks, including DNS and LAN settings.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional IT teams to address complex technical challenges.
  • Ticket Management: Document and meticulously track support tickets using industry-standard ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira.
  • User Support: Assist in the setup and configuration of new user accounts and equipment to facilitate seamless onboarding.
  • Training: Provide training and guidance to end-users on the effective use of various software applications.

Qualifications:

  • Networking Expertise: A solid grasp of computer networking principles and protocols.
  • Troubleshooting Skills: Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues effectively.
  • OS Familiarity: Proficiency in various operating systems, including Windows, Mac OS, and Linux.
  • Problem Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, paired with the patience to provide efficient assistance to end-users.

Note: Prior experience in a technical support role or relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Network ) are preferred but not required.

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
