Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day warehouse operations
- Supervise warehouse leads and associates
- Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory, freight, and local delivery operations
- Drive safety, productivity, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement
- Coach and develop team members
- Partner with Sales, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Operations
- Maintain warehouse equipment, facility, and OSHA compliance
- Hands-on leadership in a fast-paced distribution environment
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse management or distribution leadership experience required
- Experience leading supervisors or multiple warehouse departments preferred
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Inventory and ERP/WMS experience
- Forklift experience preferred
- Clean driving record
- Willing to travel to Houston 2-3 times per year
- Must pass a background check, drug screen, and MVR
Our Illinois operation is a small distribution warehouse with approximately 10 employees, so we're looking for a hands-on leader who is comfortable jumping in wherever needed rather than someone who has only managed very large distribution centers.
Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
