💼 We’re Hiring: Production Support Engineer | SRE 💼
📍 Location: South Jordan, UT – Hybrid (3 days onsite)
⏳ Duration: Contract to Hire
🗓 Weekend On: Once per month
👥 Team: OTC Derivatives Margin & Collateral Management
🔒 Only USC & GC Candidates – Local to Utah (In-Person Interview Required)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Gather information from trading platforms to assess trade risk
- Ensure collateral collection across counterparties to mitigate risk
- Support production systems, troubleshoot incidents, and automate manual tasks
Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on Unix/Linux experience
- Strong SQL querying skills
- DB2 or Sybase experience
- Production Support / Incident Management background
- Scripting (Python, Shell) for automation
- Trade Lifecycle knowledge
Soft Skills
- Strong communication
- Team player
- Articulate
Nice-to-Have
- Batch processing experience
- Autosys knowledge
- Financial Services background (BIG plus)
