Location: Fort Wayne, IN – 100% REMOTE

Duration: 8 - 12 months (Potential for extension)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Test Lead / Test Program Manager to support an enterprise Oracle implementation entering P3 testing and validation. This role is highly delivery-focused and best suited for someone who can hit the ground running, drive structure, and provide leadership across multiple workstreams under aggressive timelines.

This is not a hands-on testing role. The emphasis will be on planning, coordination, tracking, and leadership for testing activities across business domains.

1. Oracle ERP Testing & P3 Validation Expertise:

Deep understanding of Oracle ERP testing phases, specifically P3 testing and validation

Experience supporting enterprise implementations across Finance, Supply Chain, and HR modules

Ability to step in mid-cycle and quickly assess readiness, risks, and gaps

2. Test Planning, Test Script Governance & Metrics Tracking:

Strong capability in creating and owning the overall testing strategy and plan

Oversight of test script development, readiness, and execution tracking (without hands-on testing)

Ability to track and report daily testing metrics (script counts, progress, defects) to demonstrate forward momentum

3. Program & Stakeholder Management in Fast-Paced Environments:

Proven experience coordinating testing across multiple program managers and workstreams

Strong grasp of dependencies, sequencing (“what is happening when”), and risk management

Clear, structured communication with leadership under aggressive, fixed go-live timelines

Key Responsibilities:

Lead P3 testing and validation efforts ahead of an end-of-October go-live

Create and own the overall testing strategy and plan

Provide leadership and direction to testing teams (no execution of test cases required)

Work closely alongside the OCS Test Lead

Coordinate testing activities across Finance, Supply Chain, and HR

Partner with 4 program managers to ensure alignment on:

What is happening, when, and by whom

Dependencies, risks, and timeline impacts

Support and oversee test script development and readiness

Track testing progress daily, including:

Number of test scripts completed

Clear reporting of forward momentum and status

Communicate progress, risks, and milestones to leadership clearly and consistently

Required Experience & Skills:

Strong experience as an Oracle Test Lead or Test PM

Proven success leading testing efforts in fast-paced, high-pressure implementations

Experience coordinating across multiple business functions (Finance, Supply Chain, HR)

Excellent program and stakeholder management skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and metrics-driven

Comfortable providing leadership without being hands-on in testing

Ability to work collaboratively onsite every other week (preferred)
