Work Setup

• Onsite: 4 days/week
• Client: Huntington Bank

Role Overview

You will work on implementing and improving a payments platform inside Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems (D365 Finance & Operations and Business Central).

Your job is to help clients manage payments, cash flow, and financial processes more efficiently within their ERP.

Required Skills

• 3 years experience with:
• Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) or Business Central (BC)
• Strong knowledge of:
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Banking & Cash Management
• Order-to-Cash process
• Experience with:
• Payment gateway or financial system integrations
• Good understanding of:
• Dynamics workflows, modules, and security roles
• Ability to:
• Convert business needs into solutions

Good to Have

• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Leadership ability
• Experience across multiple Dynamics ERP modules

Key Responsibilities

1. Implementation & Integration

• Implement payment solutions in Dynamics ERP
• Gather requirements across finance functions (AR, AP, banking, etc.)
• Configure workflows, roles, and modules
• Support integrations (APIs, testing, troubleshooting)

2. Solution Design

• Convert business needs into system designs
• Configure:
• Cash & Bank Management
• AR/AP
• Invoicing & payments
• Ensure complete payment flow works:
• Authorization, settlement, refunds, etc.

3. Client Support & Optimization

• Act as a subject matter expert
• Suggest best practices for:
• Cash management
• Reconciliation
• Provide training and documentation
• Recommend improvements

4. Collaboration

• Work with product and engineering teams
• Help improve the payments platform
• Support pre-sales (demos, technical input)

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications (Dynamics / Power Platform)
• Experience with:
• ACH, card payments, wire transfers
• Background in ERP, fintech, or finance
• Knowledge of:
• Power BI, Power Automate, Dataverse
• Exposure to:
• APIs, Business Central AL, D365 F&O concepts
