Adroit Care Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate and energetic Recreation Aide to join our team on a part-time basis. If you have a passion for working with older adults and love creating engaging experiences, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead fun and stimulating group activities, including cognitive games, fitness classes, and recreational programs
Assist in planning and coordinating monthly events, celebrations, and holiday parties
Develop and organize resident-specific activities based on interests and abilities
Ensure resident safety at all times while maintaining a respectful and confidential environment
Qualifications:
Energetic, enthusiastic, and creative with a love for working with people
Previous experience working with geriatric or adult populations preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Compassionate team player with a friendly and outgoing personality
