A successful candidate will be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Develop graphic designs solutions that support our clients' overall goals of creativity, accuracy and quality
- Meet dates based on client requirements
- Facilitate the success of a client program through collaboration with the graphic engineers
- Develop and refine the graphic design process for our manufacturing facility
- Develop and support business processes for pre-press
- Create production ready artwork for both large format print and graphic finishing
- Assist graphic engineering department with technical Illustrator needs to improve vehicle template accuracy
- Complete process development projects within the forecasted deadlines
- Responsible for the processing and submission of all ordering and scheduling documents
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud applications including Illustrator and Photoshop
- Basic understanding of reading JSON syntax and Java languages
- Problem solving abilities include analysis and critical thought
- Ability to meet timelines and organize work based on priority

- Associate or bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field preferred; company will consider a combination of education and experience
- Proficient in design software programs (Adobe Creative Cloud) including Illustrator and Photoshop
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Email and Calendar skills
- Commitment to continuous education, such as manufacturing of creative design to drive improvements of design and finished products
- Must meet and maintain all requirements to be a 'Driver' as defined in Adrian Steel Fleet Corporate Driving Policy
