We are currently seeking a Technician.
A successful candidate will be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Proficiently able to weed material maintaining expected pace.
- Proficient loading and unloading pre-mask equipment and perform finishing table change overs
- Able to sort and gather parts for pack out.
- Capable of performing standard packaging procedures (locate materials, review and initial packing slip, proper material rolling procedures, understanding of container requirements based on product)
- Meets daily goals for packaging times without errors or shipping related customer complaints.
- Understands start of the day and end of the day procedures (waste disposal, 5S work station(s), etc.)
- Able to run floor cleaning equipment.
- Attention to detail

- Flexible with work schedule to support customer commitment
- Be assertive in facilitating change

- Team player
- High School Diploma / GED preferred
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles
- Strong Dexterity
- Must meet and maintain all requirements to be a “Driver” as defined in Adrian Steel Fleet Corporate Driving Policy
