What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Care Worker position at Adrian’s Haven?
Child Care Workers
Follow established policies and procedures set by the agency, monitor and ensure the safety health and welfare of each child, transport child to appointments, maintain a clean and safe environment, assist child with daily schedules.
Additional Responsibilities, include but not are limited to:
- Help assist in maintain a healthy, positive environment for the youth by role modeling in a mature manner, while providing structure
- Document information of resident performance in a behavioral, record keeping of the shift daily paperwork
- Help maintain group home up keeping of house
- Constant supervision for all youth
- Help assist with contraband search when needed
- Maintain the security of all office/storage and the home routinely
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
