What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Associate position at ADR Packaging LC?
As a production associate you will be responsible for using raw and outsourced materials to make finished products for our clients.
You will also be responsible for:
- Learning how to make flawless ADR products
- Finishing your assigned work in a timely manner
- Being a good steward over the materials you use
- Speaking about and interacting positively with other team members, customers, and vendors
- Being fully present while at work
- Maintaining equipment
- Complying with safety and regulatory codes
Success in this role will be determined on the following:\
- Production efficiency (e.g., expected vs actual)
- Product quality rates (e.g., percentage of products meeting quality standards)
- Inventory turnover rates
- Equipment uptime and maintenance schedules
- Safety incidents and compliance violations
- Employee productivity and satisfaction
