Content Marketing Specialist

Position Summary
Execute the content strategy that brings Qosina and Qosmedix's technical and product priorities to market — blogs, video, webinars and educational assets that build awareness, support customer education and drive sales. Sets the day-to-day content plan and creative direction within priorities established by the marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the content strategy and editorial calendar end-to-end — blog articles, website copy, webinars, product-launch content and educational materials — across both brands.
- Architect and lead thought-leadership programs — bylined articles, event content and panelist opportunities, contributed guest content — in direct partnership with executives and subject-matter experts.
- Interview product, sales, quality and technical subject-matter experts; verify claims and route regulated or technical content for appropriate review before publication.
- Apply SEO best practices, keyword research, accessibility and consistent brand voice across all written content.
- Lead video and webinar production end-to-end — product demos, educational explainers, event recaps — partnering with design, digital and external production vendors.
- Develop flagship educational assets (application guides, product explainers, case studies, sales enablement content); coordinate technical review and approvals.
- Maintain content briefs, deadlines, version control and asset libraries; coordinate with assigned freelancers within approved budgets.
- Monitor organic traffic, engagement, content-assisted leads and asset performance; recommend where to double down to the Manager.
Qualifications
- 4 years in content marketing, editorial or copywriting, preferably B2B, industrial, medical technology or technical distribution.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong writing, research, editing and measurable content outcomes.
- Track record owning an editorial calendar/content strategy end-to-end, not just executing assignments.
- Working knowledge of SEO, CMS publishing, analytics and editorial workflows; ability to learn technical subject matter quickly.
- Experience leading video production and working cross-functionally with subject-matter experts and executives.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
