SSI SCHÄFER is looking for a Project Management Coordinator!

This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting a major project while working alongside experienced project professionals. You'll play an important role in keeping daily site activities organized, coordinating deliveries, tracking progress, and making sure tasks are followed through.

You don't need years of project management experience. We're looking for someone who is dependable, thinks ahead, takes ownership, and is eager to learn. If you're ready to build your coordination skills and explore a future in project management, this could be the opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate day-to-day site administration, organization, and local project needs.
• Submit and track purchase requests and coordinate equipment needs and deliveries.
• Support daily meetings with the customer and General Contractor (GC), including meeting notes and follow-up actions.
• Track construction progress across different trades and keep the project team informed of outstanding items.
• Monitor open tasks, follow up with team members, and help ensure commitments stay on track.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and other records.
• Take initiative to identify upcoming needs, address coordination gaps, and support the team wherever needed.

• Good communication skills and confidence interacting with customers, contractors, and colleagues.
• The ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing responsibilities, and follow through.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• A willingness to learn and grow in a project-based environment.

Nice to haves

• Previous experience in construction, site administration, logistics, project coordination, or a similar environment.
• Most importantly, we're looking for the right attitude, initiative, and desire to develop.
