WHAT YOU’LL DO:

European Wax Center is the largest franchisor and operator of out-of-home waxing services in the United States. As a Guest Sales Associate, you’ll shape each guest’s experience from start to finish, while playing a key role in driving center sales. Through thoughtful conversations and personalized recommendations, you’ll connect guests with the services, Wax Passes, and retail products that best meet their needs. You’ll build lasting guest relationships, contribute to individual and center sales goals, and deliver exceptional service in a welcoming environment.

A Day in the Life:

• Manage opening/closing procedures and ensure smooth daily operations.
•  Engage with guests to understand their needs, recommend relevant services and retail products, and create a personalized experience.
•  Drive sales by educating guests on services, Wax Pass benefits, retail products, and current promotions.
• Meet or exceed individual and center sales goals.
• Manage front desk and retail areas, including restocking and organization.
• Deliver a personalized guest experience using brand standards and service techniques.
• Follow company policies, dress code, scheduling, and safety standards.
• Participate in training sessions, community events, and marketing initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• A friendly, positive, and professional attitude
• This is a sales-focused role; previous sales experience and confidence recommending services and retail products preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings & weekends
• Sales experience is a plus—helping guests find the best products, services & packages!
• A strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for beauty and building genuine guest relationships
• Ability to lift and move items up to 25 pounds
• Ability to reach items stored at various heights
• Ability to stand and work on the floor for extended periods of time

• Day and evening shifts available, weekend availability required
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older to apply

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly Base Pay: $17.00
