DSP/Caregiver- pay rates from at $18.19 - $19.35/per hour

Direct Support Professionals (DSP) provide caregiver assistance and support to the individuals that live at New Vista Oakwood’s beautiful campus-style setting.  This includes participating in special occasions and community opportunities while always ensuring the safety, welfare, and the preservation of rights of clients.

Starting pay for DSPs is $18.19 per hour; $18.78 if you have your CNA, CMA or associate’s degree; $19.35 if you have a bachelor’s degree.  We pay a $.45/hr shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift hours as well as $1/hr more when working the scheduled weekend shifts.

Requirements:

•    High school diploma or GED

•    Valid driver’s license

•    Ability to meet criminal background, drug screening, and COVID-19 vaccine standards
