Adore Me, a subsidiary of Victoria’s Secret & Co. (NYSE: VSCO) since being acquired in December 2022, is seeking an IT Operations Analyst who will be responsible for supporting end users, managing endpoint devices, and maintaining a strong security and compliance posture across the organization. This position is highly execution-focused and requires strong organizational discipline, proactive communication, and ownership of endpoint lifecycle and automation initiatives. This role supports a fast-paced, high-touch environment primarily in our New York office while also providing occasional support to our warehouse in Secaucus, NJ, our retail stores in NY, NJ, and TN, and emphasizes execution, reliability, and strong technical fundamentals.
Responsibilities:
End User & Office Support
- Serve as the primary IT support contact for the New York office and provide high-touch support for hardware, software, and access-related issues.
- Maintain proactive and frequent communication with users and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and a strong user experience.
- Support onboarding and offboarding lifecycle activities across systems and devices.
- Provide limited support for retail and store technology as needed.
Endpoint Management & Device Lifecycle
- Manage the full lifecycle of employee devices, including procurement, provisioning, deployment, support, and decommissioning.
- Administer Microsoft Intune and JAMF as the core endpoint management platforms and support MDM enrollment across supported devices.
- Drive adoption of Windows Autopilot to enable automated device provisioning and onboarding.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot macOS and Windows operating systems and ensure devices meet encryption, patching, and compliance standards.
- Perform hardware diagnostics, peripheral support, and both remote and in-office troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate inventory and accountability tracking for applications and software access.
- Ensure appropriate provisioning and deprovisioning of application access in alignment with user lifecycle events.
Network & Connectivity Fundamentals
- Demonstrate understanding of core networking concepts, including the client-server model and browser-to-server communication.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues using tools such as ping, traceroute, and speed testing.
- Support office Wi-Fi troubleshooting and basic access point functionality.
Automation & Operational Efficiency
- Develop and maintain automated workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning.
- Automate device provisioning and enrollment processes to reduce manual effort.
- Use PowerShell scripting or zsh/bash to streamline repetitive operational tasks.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability of IT operations.
Security, Compliance & Standardization
- Enforce endpoint security and compliance requirements, including encryption, endpoint protection, and configuration standards.
- Standardize device configurations and maintain clear, accurate documentation to support audit readiness.
- Support identity and access management activities, including MFA setup and access reviews.
- Identify and analyze phishing attempts and ensure endpoint protection tools are functioning correctly.
- Support security investigations and contribute to remediation efforts and root cause analysis as needed.
Qualifications:
- Have at least 2 years of experience in IT Operations or a related role.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
- Have experience managing or supporting Windows Autopilot or large-scale device fleets.
- Be proficient in PowerShell scripting and/or zsh/bash and familiar with Google Workspace and Entra ID.
- Have experience supporting both MacOS and Windows environments.
- Understand networking fundamentals, including Wi-Fi, Ethernet, DHCP, DNS, the OSI model, TCP/IP, etc.
- Hold or be working toward relevant certifications, such as CompTIA Security is a plus.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Communicate clearly and consistently, with an expectation of proactive and frequent updates.
- Show ownership and accountability in all responsibilities and deliverables.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
