Duties - Administrative Support / Design & Marketing Support
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence.
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Create purchase orders, communicate with vendors/clients, and manage office supply inventory.
- Create or update basic marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and posters.
- Assist in creating simple graphics for social media posts or email announcements.
Qualifications
- Administrative: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Professional telephone etiquette and strong basic office skills.
- Design: Familiaity with basic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite. Website content management and social media experience are a plus.
- Traits: High attention to detail, excellent written/verbal communication, and the ability to multitask. Time management, task prioritization, attention to detail, dependability and willingness to be a Team Player are a must.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
