Bilingual Primary Therapist (Adolescents – English/Spanish)

Full-Time | In-Person | Monday–Friday, Evening Shift
Requirements
- Bilingual (English & Spanish or English) — must conduct therapy sessions in Spanish.
- Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern or Licensed Clinician (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
- 2 years of experience with adolescents in a treatment setting (IOP/PHP preferred).
- Must pass a Level 2 background check and drug test.
About the Role
We're seeking a compassionate, bilingual therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy for adolescents in our Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs. This role is hands-on, collaborative, and deeply impactful — guiding teens and families toward meaningful healing and growth.
What You'll Do
- Conduct therapy sessions in Spanish and English for assigned caseload.
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, and documentation.
- Facilitate daily groups and participate in team treatment meetings.
- Uphold compliance with DCF and Joint Commission standards.
