What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salesforce Administrator position at Adobe Care And Wellness Arizona LLC?
Adobe Care and Wellness is looking for an individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform. The Salesforce Administrator will work with their team members on the software development team as well as other internal departments and external contracted entities to develop and implement custom Salesforce solutions.
Responsibilities
- Participate in all levels of design and implementation of business solutions using the Salesforce platform
- Provide suggestions for and implement improvements upon existing Salesforce functionality
- Management of User licenses including, but not limited to, User Creation, License removal, profiles/permissions, and group management.
- Build and optimize Salesforce automation using Flow
- Prepare documentation including design and training documentation
- Ability to safely transfer, manipulate, and import large data sets using Salesforce development tools (such as Dataloader)
- Creation of meaningful and actionable reports and dashboards for end-users
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or comparable field of study
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT/Software development
- Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform and declarative automation tools
- Strong organizational skills
- Interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel
