What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contracts & Compliance Administrator position at ADNET Systems, Inc.?
Focus: GSA/OASIS Vehicles, Subcontracts, & Funding Coordination
The Vibe: We need a master coordinator. You are the "center of the wheel" for our federal contracts—keeping our portals (SAM.gov/GSA) green, our subcontracts in order, and our funding levels tracked so nothing hits a dead end.
What You’ll Do (The Highlights):
1. Keep the "Engine" Running (IDIQ & GWAC Management)
- Vehicle Expert: Be our go-to for OASIS and GSA Schedule administration. You’ll handle the "paperwork" side of things—submitting mods, updating price lists, and making sure our profiles are always compliant.
- Portal Pro: Manage our company footprint in SAM.gov, GSA eLibrary, and other registration sites. You’ll be the one ensuring our Reps & Certs never expire.
- Subcontracts & Grants: Draft simple subcontracts and NDAs using our templates. You'll also help keep our grant files organized and compliant with federal rules.
2. Watch the "Fuel Gauge" (Contract Funding & Tracking):
- Funding Awareness: You don’t need to be an accountant, but you do need to keep an eye on the numbers. You’ll track contract funding (CLINs) to make sure we don't overspend and alert the team when it’s time to ask for more.
- Simple Reporting: Help pull together the quarterly sales reports for GSA (like IFF payments). If you can navigate a spreadsheet and spot a discrepancy, you’re golden.
- Audit Readiness: Keep our digital files so organized that an auditor could find what they need in 30 seconds.
Who You Are:
- Ultra-Organized: You’re the type of person who loves a clean folder structure and never misses a deadline. You can juggle five different "urgent" tasks without breaking a sweat.
- Detail-Oriented: You actually read the fine print. You notice if a contract mod has the wrong date or a typo in the funding amount.
- Numbers-Comfortable: You’re at home in Excel. You understand that a contract is only as good as the funding behind it.
- Communicator: You can explain complex contract terms to a Project Manager in layman's terms.
Basic Requirements:
- Experience: 3 years in Federal Contracting (must know your way around the FAR).
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with GSA portals (eMod/eBuy) and SAM.gov.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Skills: Strong Excel skills and a knack for spotting "moving parts" before they fall off the table
