The Client is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to support software-focused programs in Long Beach, CA. This onsite role requires strong program leadership, hands-on experience in software development environments, and domain knowledge within automotive, EV, or similar regulated engineering industries.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage software development programs from initiation through delivery
Coordinate cross-functional engineering, product, and quality teams
Track program milestones, timelines, dependencies, and risks
Ensure alignment with V&V (Verification & Validation) methodologies
Communicate program status, risks, and progress to stakeholders and leadership
Support continuous improvement across program delivery processes
Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality
Primary Skills (Must-Have)
5 years of experience in Program Management, with a focus on software development
Direct experience in automotive and EV domains (aerospace or similar industries also considered)
Strong understanding of Verification & Validation (V&V) methodologies
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional technical programs
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
