Summary:
Lead the execution of complex energy infrastructure projects spanning natural gas, liquids, and power systems. Manage multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver facilities including processing plants, compressor stations, pipelines, meter stations, and power generation units. Drive technical excellence, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and technical specialists.

Develop and oversee multi-year budgets with accurate forecasting and cost/schedule control.

Review, approve, and ensure alignment of technical project documentation with business goals and standards.

Evaluate technical alternatives, identify project risks, and support decision-making and innovation.

Communicate project milestones, risks, and updates to senior leadership.

Implement scalable processes, tools, and procedures to improve project execution and efficiency.

Build and maintain strong partnerships with contractors, producers, and stakeholders.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.

Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering, project controls, commercial development operations, or project management within the oil and gas industry.

Preferred: Master’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience.

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; safety-focused mindset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC applications.

Preferred: PE license and/or PMP certification.

Experience with project scheduling and resource planning tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or Oracle Applications.

Strong analytical skills for forecasting project volumes and performance metrics.

Knowledge of DOT design standards and industry best practices.

Ability to lead complex engineering programs and multidisciplinary teams.

May require travel up to 25%.
