What You Will Be Doing
Manage a $2 million book of business (Middle Market and VIP Combined).
Contact clients by phone and email.
Conduct renewal reviews.
Remarket existing book, round out accounts, and identify new business opportunities.
Provide day-to-day servicing including policy changes and claims reporting/follow-up.
Handle dealer calls for car replacement/additions.
Maintain company and underwriting contacts.
Prepare and follow up on renewal quotes.
Experience You Will Need
Licensed Personal Lines Account Executive.
Agency employment experience.
Familiarity with AMS 360 and Vertafore management system (experience a plus).
Experience with E & S carriers.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
