Job Title: Administrative Coordinator / Transportation Coordinator (Onsite)
Location: West Chester, PA 19380
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:45 PM
Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
Job Summary:
The Administrative Coordinator will support transportation and branch operations by handling administrative, clerical, and coordination tasks. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees, visitors, and corporate teams while ensuring accurate documentation, reporting, and timekeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate transportation-related administrative activities
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute reports as required
- Receive incoming phone calls and greet visitors professionally
- Maintain local personnel files for branch employees
- Ensure original documentation is sent to appropriate Corporate contacts
- Coordinate branch communications and support special projects
- Track and enter temporary employee hours into the Kronos Time & Attendance system
- Administer corporate forms and documentation to branch employees
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties to support branch operations
