Job Summary:
As a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing service requests, coordinating with field personnel, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and process service requests from customers via phone, email, or other communication channels.
Dispatch service requests to field personnel or relevant departments.
Monitor the status of ongoing service requests and provide updates to customers.
Coordinate with technicians, drivers, or other staff to ensure timely service delivery.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate records of service requests, dispatches, and customer interactions.
Utilize company software and tools to track service requests and manage schedules.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or logistics is a plus.
Previous experience in a dispatch or customer service role preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficient in using computer systems and software (e.g., CRM systems, Microsoft Office).
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Ability to type minimum 30 words per minute.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
