- Document all interactions thoroughly using data entry skills in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Maintain high standards of phone etiquette to ensure positive customer experiences
- Identify opportunities for upselling or promoting additional services based on customer needs
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently and effectively
Requirements
- Proven experience in call center roles or customer support environments, preferably with inbound calling focus
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued; bilingual candidates fluent in English and another language are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry tasks
