Job Summary: Road Mechanic
Critical role within the company with responsibility for maintaining and repairing ADMAR and customer-owned equipment.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Drive repair truck to customer sites in response to service calls.
- Service equipment by troubleshooting issues, performing inspections, repairs and installations efficiently.
- Ensure equipment is properly repaired on a timely basis.
- Perform complete inspections of equipment and report repairs issues to Service Manager.
- Complete all required paperwork on a timely basis.
Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the service repair industry, preferably repairing construction (heavy) equipment.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and DOT medical card.
- Knowledge of gas engines, hydraulics and electrical systems.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a high level of complexity.
- Flexibility to meet customer needs.
