Duties
Driver Responsibilities
As a CDL-A Team Driver, you will:
Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers
Work closely with your driving partner to maximize miles
Transport freight safely and on schedule
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate logs and DOT compliance
Communicate professionally with dispatch
Deliver excellent customer service
Follow all FMCSA, DOT, and company safety regulations
Keep equipment clean and report maintenance concerns promptly

High-mile, coast-to-coast freight

Primarily haul freight between their home regions and the West Coast on consistent, high-mile routes.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must have:
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 1 year of verifiable CDL-A driving experience
Pre-made driving team preferred
Ability to operate safely in all weather and road conditions
Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Hazmat Requirement
Hazmat Endorsement Required
Drivers without Hazmat must be willing and able to obtain the endorsement within 60 days of employment
