As an Account Manager (AM), you will lead the day-to-day management of client activities across ADM Indicia offices and our St. Louis-based client team, ensuring the successful delivery of print, corrugate, and permanent POSM programs. Acting as a trusted partner to your clients, you will manage projects from brief through production and final delivery while collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver best-in-class service, quality, and value.


You will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, managing campaign execution, ensuring commercial performance, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and account growth. Success in this role requires strong project management, production knowledge, commercial awareness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.


Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as a key day-to-day contact for assigned client stakeholders, building trusted working relationships and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the client's business objectives, challenges, and marketing priorities.
  • Proactively manage client expectations through regular status updates, recommendations, and consultative support.
  • Support client growth initiatives by identifying opportunities to expand ADM Indicia's service offering.
Project Management & Campaign Delivery
  • Manage multiple projects and campaigns from brief through production and final delivery.
  • Create and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines, and delivery milestones.
  • Ensure all briefs are complete, accurate, and effectively communicated to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to ensure successful delivery.
  • Maintain accountability for quality, accuracy, timeliness, and profitability across all assigned workstreams.
Print, POSM & Production Management
  • Review client requirements and develop comprehensive production specifications.
  • Partner with production teams and suppliers to ensure all print and POSM solutions meet quality, brand, and operational requirements.
  • Support supplier selection, production planning, proofing, and quality control processes.
  • Manage project execution in accordance with ADM Indicia's established ways of working and operational standards.
Supplier & Vendor Management
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and production partners.
  • Support cost control initiatives and identify opportunities for value engineering and operational efficiencies.
  • Ensure supplier performance aligns with project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.
Commercial Management & Growth
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial tracking activities across assigned accounts.
  • Analyze project performance, profitability, and savings opportunities.
  • Identify potential growth opportunities and communicate recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Support proposals, presentations, and client development initiatives as required.
Reporting, Analytics & Continuous Improvement
  • Ensure data accuracy across all reporting and workflow systems.
  • Prepare activity reports, campaign performance summaries, monthly reviews, and QBR materials.
  • Analyze delivery performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance efficiencies, best practices, and client outcomes.
Communication & Collaboration
  • Provide clear visibility on project status, risks, opportunities, and client feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Management, Client Services, Production, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Tailor communications appropriately for different audiences, ensuring clarity and alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Contribute positively to a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.


Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Qualifications Required
  • 3 years of experience in a client-facing Account Management, Client Services, or Marketing Operations role, within print, POSM, packaging, promotional products, or related production environments.
  • Strong understanding of print production, corrugate, permanent POSM, and related marketing supply chain processes, including the ability to develop and interpret production specifications.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with responsibility for timelines, budgets, quality standards, and stakeholder communications.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor while delivering exceptional customer service and commercial value.
  • Experience working with suppliers and production partners, including vendor communication, issue resolution, quality management, and cost control.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercially aware with the ability to support forecasting, budgeting, profitability management, and identification of growth opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to review campaign performance, interpret reporting, ensure data accuracy, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with client marketing teams, creative teams, procurement, production, supply chain, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within multicultural and international business environments and communicate confidently across a diverse stakeholder group.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and relationship-building skills with a confident client-facing presence.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, solution-oriented approach, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a Brand Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Trade Marketing, Digital Marketing, eCommerce or Sales role is a plus.
  • Relevant experience in an agency environment
  • Relevant experience across multiple industry categories in the marketing/client management industry, i.e., Media, Retail, Digital, Healthcare, Automotive, Banking, Pharma, FMCG, Beverage, etc.
