The Adler Planetarium is seeking a Guest Service Representative to join

our dynamic team located on Chicago\'s Museum Campus. This position

fulfills multiple responsibilities: gate attending at the main box

office and theaters, ticket sales at the accessible entrance, group

processing, and orientation. This individual will also be responsible

• Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and verify tickets, discounts,
  
  

and admission eligibility.

• Orienting groups on buses during intake and assisting with
  
  

departure. Organizing and managing lunch space. Greeting and

orienting groups to Planet Explorers and enforcing rules

• Verifying and selling tickets at theaters, ushering guests,
  
  

organizing seating, and ensuring guest safety.

• Redeem and sell tickets accurately, conducting transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service on-site and to those contacting
  
  

the museum.

• Set up and display signage indoors and outdoors
