Adler Pelzer Group - a growing global Tier One supplier of Acoustic and Soft Trim products to the automotive industry is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator in Port Huron, MI.
The Coordinator supports the efficient shipping of finished goods as well as the receiving of raw material for the manufacturing facility.
The following are the major duties and responsibilities of the Shipping & Receiving Dock Hand:
- Generate all delivery notes for daily shipments
- Calculate daily shipments
- Schedule truck for pick up when needed
- Receive daily ship schedules through EDI
- PGI all delivery notes
- Send & Verify ASN
- Print delivery note and BOL
- Monitor DCX SMART system, Ford, SIA, Tesla, GM & Toyota, etc.
- Manage containers (physical vs customers system) full, empty and broken
- Monitor & receive all incoming goods in the SAP system
- Daily inventory of finished goods
- Warehouse duties as required
- Coordinate all pilot, trial and service orders
- Conduct training of individuals within the department
- Required to adhere to applicable IATF requirements
- Ability to work overtime if required
- Will be required to work necessary overtime and off-shifts - 2nd or 3rd
- Other tasks as required by supervisor.

Starting at $19.55 per hour
