Regional Sales Executive – Southeast
Location: Southeast United States – AL, TN, GA, NC, SC, VA, FL Travel: ~50% Compensation: Base Salary Commission (2-Year Residual Structure)

Our roots in the Southeast is in automotive final mile space, supported by a strong regional network of routes and dedicated fleets. Beyond the Southeast, we maintain a significant presence in the Midwest and Southwest, with a heavily established pharmaceutical logistics footprint.
While this role is focused on building density in the Southeast, our platform allows customers to scale beyond a single market, leveraging our broader network when needed.
Position Overview
We are looking for a true hunter to drive growth across the Southeast by building density on our existing regional routes and expanding dedicated fleet opportunities.
This role is built around in-person prospecting, cold calling, and door-to-door business development. The focus is simple: find business, win it, and build it into something meaningful.
You will be targeting customers who:
- Are currently using national or regional carriers or local competitors
- Have inefficient or underperforming delivery models
- Could benefit from being layered into our existing network or transitioning to a dedicated solution
This is not a relationship management role. This is a go take market share role.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through high-volume outreach, including:
- Minimum 100 calls per week
- Daily door knocking and in-market prospecting
- Build density along existing regional delivery routes
- Identify and convert opportunities for dedicated fleet replacement
- Focus on small parcel and distribution opportunities within:
- Automotive (primary)
- Industrial
- Retail
- Business-to-Consumer (B2C)
- Develop relationships with decision-makers at the local and regional level
- Present solutions that leverage existing infrastructure to drive efficiency and cost savings
- Maintain an active pipeline and consistent sales activity reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in:
- Final mile / last mile logistics OR
- Automotive or industrial distribution
- Proven success in cold calling, door knocking, and new business development
- Comfortable operating in a high-activity, high-rejection environment
- Strong understanding of route density, delivery models, and logistics economics
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Southeast when required
- Valid driver's license required
Compensation & Structure
- Competitive base salary
- Commission paid on all new business for up to two (2) years
- Uncapped earning potential tied directly to performance
